Walking tours of Martin Luther King Junior National Historic
District start from the King Centre established by King’s widow, Coretta Scott
King. Inside the center there is a
museum, a library, and a gift shop; King’s tomb is marked by an eternal
flame. The Queen Anne style clapboard
house that was Dr.King’s Birth Home is open for tours. Three generations of the King family have preached
at Ebenezer Baptist Church.
