KISHKINTHA is the first amusement and theme park near Chennai. It is situated 28 km. south of Chennai near Tambaram(five kilometers west of Tambaram). The theme park spread over 110 acres of landscaped hills and lakes. It offers exciting rides like carousels, tora-tora, bumper car, flume rides, wave pool, water fall, rudra kaveri, 3-D theatre, go kart and many more attractions. Kishkintha is designed as a fun-filled environment. It was opened in 1995. The fun filled theme park is suitable for a day’s outing. The timings weekdays 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.
